Downloading invoices
Every payment you make on Plixa is recorded, and you can download a copy of any invoice for your records from the Billing History page.

01Find your invoices
Open Billing, then Billing History. You'll see a list of your payments with the date, description, amount, and status (Paid, Failed, or Refunded).
02Download an invoice
Each entry has a download action that saves the invoice as a CSV file — handy for your accounting or expense records. The file includes the invoice ID, date, description, amount, and status.
03Amounts and currency
Invoices are recorded in Saudi Riyals (SAR), matching what you were charged at checkout.
Don't see a payment yet? It can take a moment to appear after checkout — refresh the page if your latest invoice isn't listed.
