Fair terms, plainly written.

01—Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Plixa's websites, dashboard, editor, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Plixa on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02—The service

Plixa lets you create, generate, edit, publish, and manage websites, with the help of AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service, and we may set limits — such as the number of sites, pages, or AI generations — that vary by plan.

The Service relies on third parties — including payment processors, AI providers, hosting and CDN, and image-search providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

03—Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Plixa. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

04—Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers; you authorize us to charge your chosen method.
• Any free trial converts to a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

05—Acceptable use

You agree not to use Plixa to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware, run phishing, or send spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

06—Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Plixa a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service — for example, to publish and serve your site.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights needed to use it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

07—Publishing & domains

When you publish a site, you make it publicly accessible, and you are responsible for its content and for complying with applicable laws. Free-plan sites are served on a Plixa subdomain. If you connect a custom domain, you must own or control it, and domain registration and DNS remain governed by your registrar's terms.

08—AI features

Plixa's AI features generate text, layouts, and images from your prompts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not unique, and comparable output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. AI generations consume credits according to your plan.

09—Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, templates, and branding — is owned by Plixa and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. The Plixa name and logo are our trademarks; do not use them without permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them freely, with no obligation to you.

10—Suspension & termination

You may stop using Plixa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Plixa or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11—Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plixa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12—Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13—Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plixa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
