How AI site generation works

When you generate a site, Plixa doesn't just fill in a template — it plans a structure for your business, then builds each section with matching copy and layout. Here's what happens behind the scenes.

Help CenterAI features

01First, it plans

Plixa reads your prompt and decides which pages and sections fit your business — a hero, services, gallery, testimonials, contact, and so on. This plan is what gives each generated site a structure that suits its purpose.

02Then, it builds

Working from that plan, Plixa generates each section in turn — its text, headings, and layout — and assembles them into pages you can edit. You'll watch it build section by section in the preview.

03Powered by leading AI models

Generation is powered by leading AI language models. The same technology powers the in-editor AI tools — regenerating a section, or rewriting a piece of selected text.

04It's a draft, not the final word

AI output is a starting point. It can occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or not quite on-brand, and two businesses might get similar results. Always read it over, correct the details, and add your own voice before you publish.

Generating and regenerating use AI credits, so each business gets a fair amount of AI compute. See Token limits and usage for how that works.
