Changing your email or password
You can update your sign-in details anytime from your Profile — change your password, or switch the email address on your account.
01Open your profile
Go to Profile from the account menu. There you'll find your account details, password, and email settings all in one place.
02Change your password
Enter your current password, then your new one. For security, you'll need the current password to confirm it's really you, and a strength meter helps you pick a strong new password.
03Change your email
Choose to change your email and enter the new address. It has to be one that isn't already used by another Plixa account. Your new email becomes your sign-in address.
Use a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page.
