Managing team members
Working with others? You can invite teammates to a site and give each one the right level of access, all from the site's Team settings.

01Open Team settings
Team members are managed per site. Open a site, go to its Settings, and choose the Team tab to see everyone with access.
02Invite a teammate
As the site owner, enter a teammate's email and send the invite. They can accept it to join the site and start collaborating.
03Roles and access
- Owner — full control of the site, including managing its team
- Editor — can edit the site's content
- Viewer — read-only access to the site
04Manage existing members
The owner can remove a member at any time, or cancel an invite that hasn't been accepted yet.
Each site has its own team, so inviting someone to one site doesn't give them access to your other sites.
